Agriculture Mechanics classes at La Feria High School are focus on three main subject area. They are Agriculture Mechanics and Metal Technologies, Agriculture Power Systems, and Agriculture Facilities and Design.
We utilize both classroom and laboratory/shop settings so that students may learn various concepts and then apply them in a real world scenarios. Our Agriculture Mechanics Laboratory houses some of the best equipment from stick and wire feed welders, to a 50 ton hydraulic iron worker. We also have a 20 engine lab that students learn to disassemble and assemble Briggs and Stratton 6.75 Horsepower engines.
